Wellbeing in Nature
Ideal for community care workers, wellbeing advisors and any organisations interested in helping people to enhance their wellbeing through nature connection and creativity. On this workshop, participants will learn how to lead nature connection, mindfulness and creative craft activities with both individuals and groups. Tutor: Chris Smith.

Nature Therapy
This workshop is aimed specifically for qualified counsellors and psychotherapists wishing to take their client work outside and actively incorporate nature and creativity into their practice. The day will be both experiential, informative and discursive; including creative techniques and health and safety guidelines. It is suitable for integrative counsellors, with content suitable also for a wide range of therapeutic modalities. Tutor: Chris Smith
Schools and Colleges
We offer a wide range of outdoor learning workshops for schools and colleges which can either stand alone as enrichment experiences, or be tailored to sit within relevant curricula (in particular Art, English and Geography). Download this document for more details.

Tutors:
Chris Smith. In addition to being the NFA Project Director, and a teacher at Plymouth College of Art, Chris is also a qualified counsellor and counselling tutor. He taught Levels 3 and 4 Advanced Counselling Diplomas at Heartwood, Dartington for over 5 years. He is an Integrative Counsellor who specialises in Nature Therapy. He is currently on a sabbatical from his counselling practice to focus on his NFA development work, but very much enjoying sharing his therapeutic nature connection skills through these workshops.
